In-Clinic BCBAs and RBTs
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) are paving the way to a brighter future for autistic children. They are integral in creating customized therapy and adapting our programs to the evolving needs of our children. Come join us and lead a team!
Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) work as valued members of our teams to provide individualized services in a 1:1 teaching format to children with autism. We provide all of the necessary training you need to start your career as well as opportunities to grow.
MAC clinics provide a structured treatment environment to support early skill development of autistic children. Clinicians in the clinics provide intensive programming throughout the day aimed at early learners acquiring the needed skills for future success and remediation of symptoms associated with autism. If you have a passion for early learning, consider joining our clinic team of professionals.
Community Services
Do you have a passion for providing services in natural environments such as home, school, daycare, or community settings? If so, MAC’s Community Services program is looking for passionate team members who enjoy working closely with parents and caregivers to provide the needed support for individuals to meet their skill development goals. MAC provides services offerings across all community settings as well as a school support program (brick and mortar as well as cyber school). Positions in our program offer:
- Flexible schedules in both part-time and full-time capacity
- Consistent pay rate for all required work activities
- Reduced billable expectations to meet the documentation requirements
- In-house CEU opportunities as well as $1000 CEU stipend
